With all the tomatoes coming on, it’s time for some BLTs. I cooked some bacon on my Traeger yesterday: I set it at 375 and cooked it for about 17 minutes, turning it once after 12 minutes. Make sure all the bacon is over the drip pan so no grease drips down into the bottom.
